On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the garden, therefore also suitable for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs, each has its own ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, accessible via an internal staircase from the living room, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, next to it the bathroom, 1 further bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 double bedroom, which has 1 twin room next to it and 1 bathroom , ideal for a family with 2 children who want to sleep close to their parents but in their own room. Baby cots are available upon request.

The spacious, bright living room is located on the ground floor with wide glass doors that lead into the garden. There is a seating area with large couches in front of the fireplace, which provides comfort on cool evenings in spring and autumn. Firewood is available for guests (on request). The 55" flat screen television is mounted above the fireplace. An open space connects the living room, dining area and kitchen.

The spacious, ultra-modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, extra large oven, 5-burner gas stove, kettle, toaster, German coffee machine, Italian mocha pot, espresso machine, in short, nothing is missing. A glass door leads to the covered terrace, where there is a large table with chairs, suitable for the whole group to eat meals in the shade. There is also a garden grill here. If you want to eat inside, there is also a large dining table between the kitchen and living room. High chairs for small children are available on request. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry with plenty of space for luggage, shopping and everything you need. Another extra room contains washing machine, vacuum cleaner (for this there is a centralized suction system in each room), drying rack, ironing equipment, etc.

The house is equipped with the latest standards regarding energy saving and respect for the environment. There are solar panels for water heating, the heating works with wood pellets, wood for the fireplace is available (on request). In each room there is the possibility to set the temperature for the respective needs yourself and a self-regulating Hi-Fi system.
