Villa Valentina is a fantastic Tuscan Villa, in a secluded position, with 2 flats for 8-10 persons. There is a lot of space, ideal for families with children, many big common areas in a property of 40 hectares, with its own wood, olive grove and private swimming pool; only 3 km away from the centre of Arezzo.

The Villa is composed by 2 different apartments, which can be united by a communicating door. Each flat has 2 bedrooms- 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds- and they are so huge that it is possible to add a baby cot and/ or an additional bed.

Both the flats, called respectively Tulip and Sunflower- are on the first floor of the Villa. The access to the flats is through an outer staircase and then through a beautiful loggia with 2 open arches. Each apartment has its own entrance, so each family has its own privacy. If necessary, the two apartments can be combined together by a communicating door. There are also 2 living rooms, each with sitting corner and TV and with the stunning vista out of the windows of the swimming pool, of the garden and of the huge property.

Each apartment has its own kitchen, each equipped with 4 burner gas oven, electric oven, German coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. One of the two kitchens has the dishwasher. The big kitchen on the ground floor is very good equipped with 4 burner gas oven, electric oven, microwave, German and Italian coffee machine, bread cutter, fridge/freezer and all the necessary kitchenware to cook together. A glass door leads to the garden, where there is a covered eating area - illuminated at evening -for the entire group, surrounded by a stone wall, so you can comfy seat here and find a good shelter even during cold evenings. Close to the kitchen, there is a big common room of more than 100 m2, with direct exit to the garden, completely built with native stones and characterized by the typical Tuscan décor with a beautiful arch, stone fireplace, wooded beamed ceilings and cotto floor, which give to this room the typical rustic and homely Tuscan atmosphere. This room is equipped with enough tables, chairs and benches for your cozy staying and even for ceremonies. A SAT TV is available.

Each bathroom is furnished with solid ceramic bathroom fittings and equipped with shower enclosure, 2 sinks, WC, bidet and, for athletic guests, with a cyclette. On the ground floor, there is also another bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet and also 2 spacious guest toilets. In an extra-room, is available a washing machine.

The covered eating zone, in front of the kitchen and of the big common room, is the most used place of the house, clearly not to mention the swimming pool area; here, just from the morning you can have your breakfast and, in the evening, your dinner in a idyllic and intimate atmosphere, drinking a glass of Prosecco or of Chianti and so enjoying your Tuscan Holiday. Near the common room, is located a masonry Pizza oven, built with natural stones- to cook by yourself a Pizza in an original pizza oven is really a great amusement , particularly for the children. Near the swimming pool, a grill area is available for the guests. The owner produces an excellent Bio- Olive Oil that you can buy; both in flavor and aroma, this genuine olive oil can’t be really compared with one bought in a shop!  He makes also jams, olives in brine and a special Vin Santo (a dessert wine)

There are enough sun umbrellas and deckchairs for your sun baths and relax. The swimming pool is heated and illuminated at evening. From here, you can enjoy a magic vista of the green countryside, olive trees and centuries old cypresses prosper direct close to the house and shape the characteristic picture of Tuscany.

This splendid estate is located in an exclusive, secluded position, swathed in the greenery of an un-touched nature, only 3 km away, from the centre of Arezzo. The well-groomed ambience, with even its own wood with centuries old oaks, cypresses, olive grove and orchard, with many Mediterranean plants planted in the big garden area, along with huge inside and outside common areas, lends itself to celebrations of every kind- family events between relatives and even for a wedding party- the owner and us could help you, with great pleasure, in the organization of your wedding.

A strong point of this Tuscan house is that it is near Arezzo, only 3 km away.  Arezzo is the chief town of the province and it is not a traditional touristic destination, but it is really beautiful and worth of a visit. The imposing gothic dome, which dominates the town, the precious palazzos and the towers in the old historic centre, the Medici’s stronghold, the main square- Piazza Grande-not to mention the church of San Francesco with the famous Piero della Francesca’s frescos: are really worth a visit. The Corso is the right place for your shopping with many exclusive boutiques, many shops, lovely coffee bars, ice-cream parlors, good restaurants and pizzerias.  On the first Sunday and Saturday of each month, takes place in the old part of the city “ la fiera antiquaria“, one of the most important Italian antiquarian outdoor market with many exhibition stands and also second hand dealers who offers their articles. The atmosphere is very lovely and you will enjoy yourself, trying to make a good bargain! You can’t really miss it! Daily tour to Siena, Florence, Cortona, Perugia…, all places worth to be seen, are a must and can be easily reached in a hour drive from the holiday house.
