Dependance A - Apartment on the 1st floor: 1 three-bed bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), located on the 1st floor, accessible via an external staircase. Dependance B - apartment on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed. 2 baby cots available on request.

The huge, light-flooded salon (the common room) is the highlight of this property, through 5 large double doors you get into the well-kept outdoor area, 3 sides of the house have a covered terrace, on the rear side of the house there is a small, shady wood. It is the ideal ambience to sit together and celebrate with the whole large family or with a large group of friends, wonderfully suitable for every kind of family celebration and for a wedding with Tuscany flair you can not imagine a more beautiful place. The holiday villa is located in the Casentino, a wooded region between Florence and Arezzo that has so far been "spared" by mass tourism. The holiday villa belongs to the municipality of Castel San Niccolò, all around many small towns such as Stia, Pratovecchio, Poppi, Bibbiena, Rassina - all reachable in a few minutes by car and everywhere there is something to see and marvel at, many beautiful ancient churches, old castles, picturesque Winkel, two famous monasteries with their churches (CAMALDOLI and LA VERNA) and of course for the visitor trattorias and ristorantes with local cuisine at reasonable prices. You meet nice, uncomplicated people and lots and lots of untouched nature - these are the pluses of our beautiful Casentino - come and visit us and you will want to come again! There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors everywhere for the delight of the children and the central location gives you the opportunity to take convenient day trips to Florence (40 km), Siena, Arezzo (40 km), Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, etc. to get in to marvel at the world-famous works of art in all these cities, which most of us only know from books or films. A bus stop can be reached in a minute's walk, here you can take the bus to Florence without stress, which runs several times a day. For shopping, there are two small shops with groceries, fruit, vegetables, drinks, wine, frozen products, Casentinian specialties such as ham, sausage, cheese, ravioli, etc. also tobacco products, a coffee bar for your cappuccino and a bakery within a few minutes' drive . In the next larger towns of Poppi (7 minutes by car) or Strada (5 minutes by car) there are many small corner shops, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, post offices, banks, pizzerias, trattorias.
