The apartment La Costarella is divided as follows : there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and in a close room there is enough space for an extra bed (a folding bed) or a baby cot; the spaces are not very big and they are fast all in communication. There is 1 bathroom with shower, separated by an extra door, with sink, bidet, wc and washing machine; 1 kitchen, decorated with beautiful ceramic tiles, 4-burner stove, sink, fridge-freezer, dining table and chairs; from here you can go outside into a very large terrace with dining table, bench, chairs, and also a brick shelf with sink, grill and sitting furniture. Here, you can have a romantic evening barbecue “al fresco”, during our warm summer evenings. This dining area is fantastic, already from breakfast you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the evergreen nature of the many Mediterranean plants and of the sea – you really can’t find a more beautiful place than this! It is the ideal holiday home for a couple or a small family, in a really perfect quiet. All the windows have mosquito or fly screens. The house consists of 2 apartments, each with its own entrance; there is a lockable gate with remote control, a car parking space (suitable for cars such as Golf / Focus) located within the 5,000 m2 of the property, which is completely fenced. An apartment is rented to guests and the other belongs to the owner of the house, a veterinarian who lives in Bologna, and comes very rarely to Elba.
