It is the ideal holiday home for a couple or a small family, in a really perfect quiet. All the windows have mosquito or fly screens. The house consists of 2 apartments, each with its own entrance; there is a lockable gate with remote control, a car parking space (suitable for cars such as Golf / Focus) located within the 5,000 m2 of the property, which is completely fenced. An apartment is rented to guests and the other belongs to the owner of the house, a veterinarian who lives in Bologna, and comes very rarely to Elba.
